I know, I know—I’m probably preaching to the choir here, but it needs to be said: it’s so easy to neglect yourself. We’ve all been there, juggling endless to-do lists, meeting clients, and trying to squeeze a few more hours into the day. But here’s the truth - you can’t pour from an empty cup.
We’ve all heard that phrase before, right? But when you’re running on fumes, trying to push through the grind, it can feel like there's no time for "me." You've got to take time to recharge. If not, you’re not doing yourself any favors and you’re affecting your ability to show up for anyone else.
Whether it’s carving out 10 minutes to breathe, going for a walk, or simply turning off your phone for an hour, these small actions matter.
And trust me, I get how hard it is to actually do it. But when you don't take care of yourself, life will sit you down. And getting back into it after a health scare is hard.
Besides, when you feel good, you perform better, and that ripples out to every part of your life.

He speaks about the importance of identity in shaping our habits—how focusing on who we want to become can lead to lasting change. This idea struck a chord with me, as it’s about aligning our habits with our identity rather than just focusing on outcomes. When he spoke about the power of tracking our habits and the importance of having a support system. I found it to be inspiring, as it encouraged me to reflect on my identity and how it influences my habits. I'm eager to actually "implement" the advanced strategies to further enhance my growth.
