My name is Lillian Hernandez, but you can call me Lilly. And I am born, raised and based in San Francisco, CA. My Real Estate jouney began in 2004 as a part-time college job as an office assistant with no intentions other than to make money to afford burritos and buy more CDs for my vast music collection. Little did I know I would be entering into what was the beginning of my long jounrey in the Real Estate world. Through the many and widely known market shifts and turns, I worked various jobs ranging from office admin, markerting, office manager to full time transaction coordinator. After doing this for over a decade at the same establishment, I realized, “THERE HAS TO BE MORE TO LIFE THAN ME PUSHING PAPERS EVERY DAY?” So, I began to wonder, get curious and seek answers to the overwhelming and anxious feelings I was experiencing. Being this was my only job, I questioned if I was even qualified for another job, would companies take me serious, where do I even start? This is when life began to shift in my favor, and I started to see a change in my mindset, my behavior and my willingness to do things afraid. In 2018, after 2 years of doing “the work” on myself, overcoming and facing many fears, doubts and insecurites I finally took a leap of faith and quit my 9 to 5 to pursue self-employment I still didn’t have a plan, I simply trusted whatever was ahead I am capable of doing, and with enough money saved to last me a few months, I have the peace of mind to go all in… Fast forward to present day, my career has evolved and expanding in ways I had not even envisioned or imagined. But had I not taken that initial first step to change, I would not be here After 2+ decades of working as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, I realized it is once again time for change, and something deeper. And that is when Coaching and Mentoring found me and began fulfilling parts of me that were dormant and ready to be active. My mission is to help people that are ready to begin a career in the Real Estate industry, and enter this field with the tools, resources, information and, of course, confidence necessary to start. You don’t have to be ready, you simply need to be ready to take that first step, and I would like to be there to guide you through that process.
