Pop-bys are little connection boosters. When real estate agents show up with a small gift, it reminds clients you're still their go-to resource long after the closing table. It's relationship marketing at its friendliest, no pressure, no pitch, just genuine presence.

But here's the twist: sharing your pop-by adventures on Instagram Stories lets future clients see that you don't vanish after the handshakes and selfies on closing day. Focus sharpens everything. When you trim the extra tasks and distractions, it's like removing smudges from your glasses; you instantly see what matters. Instead of trying to post everywhere, email everyone, and solve all the world's housing problems before lunch, zero in on the things that actually move your business.

One focused follow-up call beats twenty random tasks you did just to "feel productive.”

Quality over chaos. Quantity feels safe; "Look at all the things I'm doing!" But quality? That's where the magic is. A sharp, well-thought-out CMA beats five rushed ones.
